Jadon Sancho 'tells Borussia Dortmund he wants Manchester United move'

Borussia Dortmund attacker Jadon Sancho informs his German club that he wants to join Manchester United in 2021, according to a report.

Jadon Sancho has reportedly informed Borussia Dortmund that he wants to join Manchester United next summer.

The England international was strongly linked with a move to Old Trafford during the recent transfer window, but the Red Devils could not come to an agreement with Lucien Favre's side over a fee.

United are said to have made four separate bids for the former Manchester City youngster, but the deadline passed with the attacker still at Signal Iduna Park.

The speculation surrounding Sancho's future is again gathering pace, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side allegedly preparing to return for him in 2021.

According to TodoFichajes, the 20-year-old has told BVB that he wants to move to the 20-time English champions next summer in a deal that could be worth up to €100m (£89m).

Sancho, who is expected to represent England at Euro 2020, has scored twice and registered four assists in nine appearances at club level during the 2020-21 campaign.

The youngster's current contract with Dortmund is due to run until June 2023.
