Martin Lewis reveals that his ITV series will return in September and air weekly for six months straight.

Martin Lewis has revealed that his ITV series will return in September and air every week for "at least" six months.

The personal finance guru has been a regular fixture of the ITV schedules with The Martin Lewis Money Show during the coronavirus crisis, with an additional 15 episodes broadcast so far this year.

Now Lewis has revealed on Twitter that the show will be back "live weekly every Thur eve from Sept, for min 6mths" with winter approaching and the possibility of a second wave of coronavirus.

The 48-year-old also confirmed that as a result of his new hectic schedule, he is stepping down from his Deals of the Week segment on Good Morning Britain after 17 years on the show and its predecessors.

Angellica Bell is expected to return as Lewis's co-host for the new super-sized series.
