Liverpool are reportedly one of several Premier League clubs interested in signing Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez this summer.

The 24-year-old has been a standout performer for the Nerazzurri since joining the club in 2018, scoring 61 goals and providing 22 assists in 165 appearances across all competitions.

According to Calciomercato, Inter will need to generate funds from player sales if they wish to sign summer targets Davide Frattesi and Gianluca Scamacca from Sassuolo as well as Torino's Bremer.

The reports adds that Inter may be forced to cash in on Martinez, one of their most valuable assets, with Liverpool interested in the €90m-rated striker.

Martinez has been strongly linked with a move to the Premier League, with Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur also keeping tabs on the Argentina international.

The former Racing Club marksman in under contract at San Siro until the summer of 2026.
