A report claims that Jose Mourinho has now fallen out with Antonio Valencia after the club captain failed to attend last week's EFL Cup tie against Derby County.

Under-fire manager Jose Mourinho has reportedly been made to feel isolated at Manchester United after being involved in a bust-up with skipper Antonio Valencia.

The Red Devils are in a state of disarray on and off the field as Mourinho, said to be on the brink of being sacked, has fallen out with a number of his players.

Mourinho even went as far to suggest that certain members of his first-team squad care more than others, as the pressure continues to build on the Portuguese.

Now, according to the Daily Mail, the ex-Chelsea manager is in dispute with United's longest-serving player.

Valencia is understood to have upset Mourinho by failing to attend last week's EFL Cup tie with Derby County, leading to his exclusion from the squad to face West Ham United at the weekend.

The Ecuador international may also be overlooked for selection when United take on La Liga club Valencia in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
